By 5th grade my body was already changing in ways my friends' weren't. No one knew what to say. What I remember most isn't a number — it's the feeling of being different. I avoided mirrors. I avoided cameras.
I went through years of extreme habits — desperately searching for a way to feel okay in my own skin. None of it was ever going to get me where I actually wanted to be.
Eventually — slowly, painfully, with a lot of unlearning — I realized the war with my body had to end. Not because I gave up. But because the fight itself was the problem.
That realization started my real wellness journey. And eventually led me to become the coach I always wished I'd had. With 4 boys and a full life, I've never felt better. 💛
Today Katie is a wife, a mama to four champion boys, a Certified Health Coach, a personal trainer, and has spent over 20 years helping women find healthy, realistic, sustainable ways to care for their bodies. Without extremes. Without sorry.
And even with all of that — she was still training consistently, eating well, doing everything right on paper. And her body still wasn't fully responding the way she knew it should.
Then she added one thing. A peptide.
After adding peptides to an already-solid foundation. Not a crash. Not a gimmick. Her body finally started working with her instead of against her.
Her energy came back. Her inflammation dropped. The food noise that had been running in the background of her brain her whole life — finally went quiet.
She built The Game On Community because she found what was missing — and she refuses to keep it to herself.
Game On — I'm In →These aren't talking points. They're lessons her own body taught her the hard way.
Extreme training, extreme restriction — she's done it all and she's done with it. Extremes don't work for busy women who want a life, not just a result.
The constant mental chatter about food. That's not normal and it's not your fault. Freedom from food noise is possible and it's the goal.
Most women aren't stuck because of willpower. They're missing specific information. Peptide education, hormone knowledge, perimenopause truth — that's what she teaches.
Not managed. Not coached through templates. Genuinely seen, honored, and supported. That's the standard she holds herself to every single week.
A plan you can live with will always outperform a perfect plan you can't. Everything Katie teaches is designed to fit into a real life — not replace it.
The women who succeed aren't the ones with the most willpower. They're the ones with the right community around them. That's not a nice-to-have — that's the whole point.
"You have so much light. I opened up because of how comfortable you made me feel. You inspired me, helped me get unstuck, and figure out my purpose."
"I had been stuck for over a year. Katie showed me exactly what was missing — and it worked. I finally feel like myself again."
"You helped pull that vision and passion out of me. I want to sit on my deck, look at my lake, and say — yes, I did this. So very thankful."
