Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any website or service operated by Miller Wellness™. By accessing or using our sites and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our websites or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Services Offered
Miller Wellness™ provides wellness coaching, community membership, peptide education, fitness guidance, and nutritional information through the following platforms:
- thegameoncommunity.com — community hub and membership platform
- thekatiemillercoaching.com — main coaching brand and programs
- katiemillercoaching.com — peptide education and lead resources
3. Not Medical Advice
Important: All content provided by Miller Wellness™ — including peptide education, nutritional guidance, fitness recommendations, and wellness coaching — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition program. This is especially important if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are currently taking medications.
4. Membership & Payments
Billing. The Locker Room (The Game On Community paid membership) is offered at a founding rate of $27.00 per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
Founding rate & price changes. We may change membership pricing for new members at any time — for example, to a standard rate of $47.00 per month after the founding period. Members who join at the founding rate will continue to be billed at that rate for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted, unless we provide advance notice of a change. Any price change will be communicated before it takes effect.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Membership refunds. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first membership charge, contact us for a full refund of that charge. After 30 days, cancellation stops all future billing, but past charges and the unused portion of the current billing period are non-refundable.
1:1 Consultations. One-on-one sessions are billed at $197 per session and are non-refundable once completed. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites — including text, images, videos, course materials, meal plans, workout guides, recipes, and graphic elements — is the intellectual property of Miller Wellness™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Membership access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Community Standards
The Game On Community is built on respect. By participating, you agree not to:
- Post harmful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content
- Share spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertisements
- Violate the privacy of other community members
- Impersonate Katie Miller or any other person
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove content and revoke membership access for violations without refund.
7. Results Disclaimer
Results shared on our platforms — including testimonials and Katie Miller's personal transformation story — are individual results and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results will vary based on effort, consistency, individual health factors, and adherence to recommendations.
8. Affiliate Relationships
Miller Wellness™ has an affiliate relationship with EllieMD. When you purchase EllieMD products through our affiliate link (elliemd.com/katiemiller), we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend products Katie personally uses and believes in.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miller Wellness™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
